You Should Make A Will

You should make a Will.

Its makes sense to plan for your future.

Why should I make one?

Because it gives guidance and direction to those left behind. It also makes it clear what your intentions are in respect to giving away what you own and to whom?

If you haven’t got a Will, you should have one – pure and simple in our opinion.

In the case that you don’t have one, things will get complicated. It means that an administrator has to be appointed by the Court. This may mean there is no-one to step up to this role. Even worse it may mean someone you don’t want.

If you do have one, you should take a look at it regularly and see if:

  1. The executor is still appropriate.
  2. The guardian for any children is still suitable.
  3. The beneficiaries you have appointed are who you want them to be.
  4. You are happy giving what you have to who you have.
